Will I have to pay sales tax?

No, you’re not required to pay Maine sales tax on this purchase unless you live in Maine.

What is your return policy?

Please note: LAST DAY TO RETURN ITEMS IS 1/1/23
If you wish to return an item, don’t worry, it’s a simple process:

1. Items needs to arrive back to J. E. Heaton Jeweler’s within TEN DAYS of receipt.   Please contact me at joyce@jeheatonjewelers for shipping instructions.
2. Items need to arrive in the same condition as when they were originally shipped.

When these steps are completed, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

Will my package need to be signed for?

Yes.

What if my package is lost?

J.E. Heaton Jewelers insures the package.

How will my item be shipped?

J.E. Heaton Jewelers will ship to you using either a private carrier (UPS or FedEx) or via US Mail.

Can I track the shipment?

Yes. We’ll email you the tracking information.

Can you ship an item internationally?
