Joyce Heaton, formerly of JE Heaton Jewelers in Millbrook NY, is a fair, honest, knowledgeable jeweler with exceptional taste. She is passionate about jewelry appreciating both vintage and new designs. While operating her brick and mortar shop, Joyce was always willing to explore options with me as I sought a gift or something for myself. Her shop repaired jewelry in a timely fashion. I purchased many pieces both new and estate. Her selection was reasonably priced. Her commitment top leasing her customer was unmatched. In one instance, an estate piece I purchased had a clasp that didn’t work for me. I contacted Joyce who got in touch with the original owner and arranged for a new clasp at no expense to me. Joyce always distinguished herself through her service, her lovely personality and her attention to detail. Further, she went the extra mile proving to be a valuable addition to our community always donating her time, lending her expertise or donating jewelry to a charity event.
